The pick and place function features a turret assembly and four pick and place heads. As the turret rotates, each head stops at one of the four stations ... pickup, test, reject, and placement. This simple design also incorporates the ability to rotate the part between each station in the process.

Pick & Place Capabilities:The TM 8000 can be configured to have each headstop at any of the eight stations for pick-up, marking, inspection, testing, reject and final deposition into tape. Each pick & place head has a separate height adjustment and can be independently programmed for vacuum and rotational stations.Heads can independently rotate 90, 180 and 270 degrees to test and place stations.
