Re-flex Carrier Tapes

Most importantly Adaptsys carrier tape is produced using premium material within strict production guidelines that ensure a strong and consistent form on every pocket created.
By utilising a strong 3-layer material made up from Polystyrene, Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene and Polystyrene provides a material which is pliable under heat, strong when formed and also provides excellent dissipative properties.
As well as increased strength PS-ABS-PS also provides dimensional stability over conventional single layer polystyrene types.

To form this material Adaptsys have developed a forming system that reduces manufacturing costs whilst still providing a consistent form each and every time.

Vision inspection is performed on each pocket for validation and quality tracking; this confirms the form is correct; the tape is then wound on to the relevant reel and marked up ready for dispatch.

Our Reflex tape is manufactured in the UK using our Re-flex On-Demand Carrier Tape Forming systems, which provide the highest quality tape required by the industry, at a very competitive price.
Custom tooling, for custom pocket designs, are also available with significantly lower costs and faster delivery than competitive brands.
