When someone visits our site we collect standard internet log information. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site, what they are searching for and to check if any pages are reported as broken. We collect this information in a way which does not personally identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting either of our websites.  We will not associate any data gathered from this site with any personally identifying information from any source.  The only “personal” information we require you to provide, relates to our helpdesk so that we know who you are and so that we can provide you support.

Use of cookies

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site.

Google Analytics

These cookies are used to collect information about how visitors use our site. We use the information to compile reports and to help us improve the site. The cookies collect information in an anonymous form, including the number of visitors to the site, where vistors have come to the site from and the pages they visited.

Content Management System cookie

One cookie is set by our content management system, upon arrival to the site. It is not used by us for any purpose, other than recording when a user logs in to our helpdesk. 

YouTube cookies 

We embed videos from our official YouTube channel using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. This mode may set cookies on your computer once you click on the YouTube video player, but YouTube will not store personally-identifiable cookie information for playbacks of embedded videos using the privacy-enhanced mode.

Search engine

The search engine on our website is designed to search just our website for words or phrases.  All search requests are handled by our CMS and the information is not passed on to any third party, including Google.

E-newsletter

We use a third party provider, MailChimp, to deliver any e-newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies including clear gifs to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.

Disclosure of personal information

We do not disclose or share your personal information with any 3rd party, other than our Principles such as BPM, V-TEK or SMH
