Essential to any inventory process (a necessity if you are active in the SMD taping parts of inventory), the PC-250+ manual parts counter is designed for counting devices in tape and reel, safely and quickly.
The user-friendly design allows for operators to quickly load reels and start the counting process. The PC-250+ handles parts without kinking or bending the tape, the design also allows for bidirectional parts counting, subtracting when the direction of the tape travel is reversed.
Not only is this system essential to counting parts in the inventory process, it also provides an excellent quality inspection platform. While counting, each pocket can be checked for proper part placement and tape adhesion.
The PC-250+ is a small tabletop system, that offers operators flexibility where it matters, with the option of being fully portable. The system accepts 7” and 13” reel diameters and can accommodate up to 22” reels when optional extenders are used, and can accept reel widths from 8mm – 56mm.
