The TM-400 tape and reel system offers a simple and compact automated taping solution in a table-top design. Available in three variations, each series specialises in a particular input – tube, tray, or open input for OEM use.

Equipped with a vision system, over tape verification ensure components are correctly orientated in tape pockets resulting less operator intervention, and production down time.
With a placement speed of 2000 – 3500 UPH (device dependant), the pick head can handle parts down to 2mm x 2mm (or 0805) and can rotate parts +/- 90° or 180°.
The automated workflow of TM-400 is fast, dependable and accurate when it comes to getting parts into tape. Designed with the user in mind, set-up is fast and simple via the touch screen interface minimizing operator interaction.
