The TM-700 is a high-speed rotary system designed to tape devices up to 18,000 UPH. This fully configurable system allows for five independent processes prior to reject binning and tape output.
With servo-controlled vertical motion, the TM-700 can run delicate parts through multiple processes with precise acceleration and deceleration. Handling parts down to 1mm x 1mm or smaller, and adjustable tape outputs from 8mm – 24mm, this system is not only versatile and fast, but also reliable and repeatable.
With the ability to be converted between different input media such as bowl, tube and tray, your taping process will run smoothly and efficiently. Equipped with 2D and 3D vision, offering multiple site test capabilities, laser marking and reject sorting, your quality control is always operating at a high standard resulting in minimal operator intervention.
