The TM-600 is a fast, accurate, repeatable, and reliable table-top tape and reel system. With a bowl fed input, the dual nozzle rotating pick head is capable of up to 8000 UPH (device dependant) Offering precise part placement into tape. To enhance the quality control of the part placement an optional vision system can be installed over the carrier tape for Pin1 orientation.
With the ability to handle parts from 44mm down to 2mm, the TM-600 offers great flexibility to for a table-top production system of this size. Equipped with jam in track, low cover tape, and empty pocket detection sensors, keeping operator intervention and down to a minimum is at the heart of this system.
The flexibility not only offers the handling of parts down to 2mm x 2mm, but also accommodates tape widths from 8mm – 72mm and a pitch of 2mm – 144mm with the adjustable carrier tape track.
